Embassy and Relief stations.

There were a few players that had their embassys "locked". You need to check the box that allows players to garrison troops in your town. This could help prevent the town from being taken over.

The higher the Relief station, the faster troops can move between allied cities. Relief stations require Horse Back Riding. So for a lev 10 station, you'll need lev 10 HBR.
